IMC perfect dot blankets

IMC Company Logo
For thirty years IMC has been supplying blankets of the highest specification to the printing industry. A constant research and development programme has kept IMC abreast of technological advances within the press manufacturing industry. Ultrachem supply four first class blankets from the IMC range, three for use on sheet-fed presses and one for use on web offset presses.

Ultradot MX

Quality offset blankets which have proved their value over many years. They are notable for their wide range of applications with a great variety of printing materials.
imc ultradot blanket

Available in 1.65mm and 1.95mm gauges.

Thanks to special characteristics such as very little stretch, optimal surface structure and roughness and very good ink transfer capacity, this blanket takes on high quality printing work ensuring minimal dot gain and uniform coverage of solids. The blanket is green in surface colour, fully compressible to ensure quick recoverability and the microground surface structure allows for very quick sheet release.

Perfect Dot DL

The result of a demand for a dimensionally stable 3-ply 1.95mm gauge blanket, the Perfect Dot DL offset blanket achieves optimum printing results on a wide range of materials. The fine ground surface provides excellent sheet release and the closed cell micro porous layer gives good compressibility. The carcass is manufactured using two fabric layers that offer very low stretch properties. Perfect Dot DL is suitable for the most demanding sheetfed offset printing.

IMC Eurodot Blanket

Available in 1.65mm and 1.95mm gauges.

Eurodot MR

With a micro-ground surface this highly developed compressible blanket ensures that the printed sheet is released from the blanket in the shortest possible time. The blue Eurodot MR gives good recoverability and the surface characteristics meet the demands for an ink transfer ensuring the smoothest of solids and minimum dot gain. Eurodot MR blankets have proven successful for printing on corrugated materials. It is possible to print on ‘G’ and ‘F’ flute with favourable ink transfer. The blanket is hard wearing and provides good resistance to chemical attack.
