Our dad was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia on the 24th March 2014. In November 2014 he received a bone marrow transplant through the efforts of the Anthony Nolan trust. He was also looked after by Macmillan for most of his illness. These two charites are very dear to our hearts. Sadly the cancer returned in April 2015, but he stayed positive and kept fighting. He passed away peacefully at home on the 15th December 2015 with his family by his side.
Throughout his life he was an extremely generous and charitable man and in his name we continue to support and fund charitable organizations personally and through Ultrachem.
