Ultrachem acquires RW Coatings

Ultrachem, the UK's largest independent consumable supplier
has acquired RW Coatings speciality manufacturing business.
Tim Webb, Chairman of RWC commented "the company had continued
to grow in this very difficult trading period, it now needed to
increase its production capabilities to enable to meet the extra
demand".
The two companies have reported having a fantastic Ipex exhibition,
Ultrachem and RW Coatings can now boast sales of UK manufactured
products to over 100 countries around the world.
Tony Brinton, MD of Ultrachem added, "I have known Tim Webb and John Russell
for over 25 years, both are well respected businessmen with a tremendous wealth
of experience.
They have concentrated their business focus on exports which fits perfectly with
the on going strategy within Ultrachem".
The RWC Clearcoat product range and brand names will continue to be marketed
independently through John Russell to the current dealers and direct customers.
