Ultrachem to launch range of UV inks and water-based coatings

Ultrachem will take its range of UV inks, water-based coatings
and pressroom chemistry to the Print 09 event next week.
It is the first time that the UK supplier of pre-press and
pressroom consumables has exhibited at the show and it is
hoping to target the US market, having secured four
distributors in South America.
Director Tony Brinton said: "At Print 09, we will be exhibiting
many high-quality products, including our UV inks, which are
state-of-the-art.
"Our pressroom chemistry also has more than 40 approvals of
the international standard Fogra, which is a recognised mark
for sheetfed and web offset printers."
He added that the company had been gaining new export business
during the past few years at an rapid pace and now sells into
80 countries.
Brinton said: "We are confident that we will pick up new
distributors in the areas and markets that we are targeting.
"I also believe that the Print 09 show will be a success. We
also exhibited at Drupa 08, which added £2m of annual sales to
our export figures."
Ultrachem manufactures UK inks and coatings, water based coatings,
fount solutions, Fogra-approved washes and speciality chemicals.
Print 09 is due to take place on 11-16 September, in Chicago, US.
