COATED POWDERS
Coated spray powders offer advantages for laminated or varnished printing
jobs. Known as hydrophobic, Oxy-Dry coated powders repel water, seek
out greasy substances and help keep your printed sheets from setting
off. They allow less build-up on the printing plates and ink rollers,
less fill-in and require fewer wash-ups.

Quality Assurance
All Oxy-Dry Spray Powders must pass stringent quality standards before
shipment. In the blending process each batch is examined and reviewed
for its powder characteristics such as consistent roller coverage,
specific delivery rates, composition, hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity,
electrostatic qualities and compliance with FDA and USDA standards
for food contact. Additionally each batch of coated powder is subjected
to further testing to measure its coating ability and low moisture
content. Our quality control batching method gives you the confidence
that you have received the freshest Oxy-Dry Spray Powder that has
met all of our rigid quality standards.

Starch based powder for general litho work.

COATED
A range of powders that are exceptionally free-flowing, have a very
soft feel and a strong resistance to damp. They are particularly beneficial
with regard to plate wear, blanket piling and in giving work a smooth
feel. Coated powders 'wet out' in oil-based inks and thus can be used
for two pass general litho work and as a final spray on four colour
work. Also suitable for use with electrostatic applicators.

ELECTROSTATIC
For use with electrostatic spray equipment.

SOLUBLE
Developed for the multi-colour litho printer. After the separation
function has been performed, the powder will adsorb moisture from
the atmosphere and effectively dissolve into the printed stock to
give a very smooth fell.
